Working Bees and meetings for 2011

The next working bee is on the 22nd and 23rd of October with the AGM held on Sunday the 23rd of October at 12.00 noon, then lunch.

If you are thinking of coming to a working bee or landcare weekend let Robert Pallin or Hyone King know. Free accommodation is provided on a share basis, dinner Saturday night will be provided and bring something to share for lunches.  Bring your own personal gear, sleeping gear and your own breakfast. Ben Ricketts Shareholders Meetings

The eighth AGM was held on Sunday, 24th October 2010 at 12 noon atBen Ricketts Environmental Preserve.Peter Kent and Annie McCluskey were elected to the vacated board positions. The board now consisits of Rob Pallin, Trisha Dean, Peter Kent, Annie McCluskey and Keren Cox Witton. Leona King was thanked for her service to the board and to Ben Ricketts. Financial reports and committee reports were presented, followed by general business and a hearty lunch.
